schizophrenic neighbours dangerous?

My neighbour has been coming over to visit lately. She talks about how great she has it and how rich she is. Owning a host of hotels, malls, restaurants you name it. She's actually on a pension plan as she calls it at 44 years of age. She is forever broke...the truth. I looked up schizophrenia and she falls into the paranoid and catatonic categories. How worried should I be about her hanging around my place? I can see her place from my backyard. If I should have concerns, is there a nice safe way to keep her off my property? She does not work, no longer allowed to drive, and tells fantastic stories of being adopted, I know she lives with her mother, and giving her aunt a million dollars at age 6 to adopt her. She talks non stop and in circles. She grimaces frequently and for God's sake is repeated a lot. This is a new mental condition for me and I really don't understand it well. Anyone give me an idea what it is besides what I've read online? Is there a more emotional opinionated view from someone who lives near one or knows one well?

Update:

She has catatonic episodes where she sits in front of her garage not moving for 6-8 hours a day for weeks at a time. I have said hi to her but she is unresponsive. Not just once and a while but every time. I've watched her have arguments with people who aren't there. Yelling and screaming at them while firing off a cap gun at the ground. I am pretty sure everyone in the area knows she's got a schizophrenic problem. They were the ones who told me. Thanks for your opinions though I do feel better and a bit safer. She runs around the area naked too occasionally and does other strange things when she stops taking her medications. The other neighbours who have known her longer than I have told me some pretty wild stories about her.

it's possible she's just a liar, but even if she is Schizophrenic she's more than likely harmless. I think most psychologically founded crimes are committed by sociopaths. Schizophrenics don't have a good grip on reality but they do understand actions and consequences.

As a quick note, Catatonic schizophrenia is characterized by catatonia so I'm fairly sure that's not what she has if she's talking.
