Whenever I start my computer, blank screen appear with no desktop?
Whenever i start my computer and then the welcome screen comes i type in my password then when i log in there is nothing there, the desktop is blank NO desktop black screen and then my documents pops up through which i am able to open my access to my internet. Even my screen picture is gone. I tried to reboot it and even when it is in the safe mode, I am unable to see anything on the screen. (The cause of this could be the day before, I tried to transfer my SD card to the laptop and I could have taken the sd card out without proper shutdown of the laptop.) Pls help? Thx.

It's okay to remove SD card from the slot without shut down the computer, as long as it's not in operation (the computer isn't using the file on the card). Even if you remove it when the computer is using the card, it won't damage your system but the card.
For the blank screen, what does your Window notify you? Likely, computers running Windows (7) which using fake serial number or any other illegal method will show blank/black desktop after running it some time. Windows should notify you that "Your copy of the Windows is not genuine". In that case, reinstall Windows. You may reinstall it with fake serial again and wait for it to tell you that it's not genuine again or buy a proper copy of Windows and install it legally.
Hope it helped.
EDIT: to correct a typo.

Do you actually think you have to shut down a computer to take out an SD card?
Omg.
Just try a restore point.
