The Peter Principle and B.H. Obama.?

So how many of you believe that Obama is a perfect example of the Peter Principle at work?

(It's going to be interesting to see how many people even know what the Peter Principle is.)

Update:

@Keith, You call them accomplishments. I call most of the disasters that will do much harm to our country.

I also think that our system of government is far stronger than any single man. I believe that what little good has happened in our country is because the free enterprise system works in spite of the damage he has inflected upon us.

Update 2:

@PoeFace kind of agree, except for one thing. I rate our presidents a bit differently from you.

Bush 1-mediocere at best,

Bush 2-not so hot

Obama- a freaking disaster!

Update 3:

@84- i agree about the Bushs.

but Obama is getting just what he told us he wanted. he said before we was elected that he wanted higher prices on gas and other forms of energy, increased affirmative action and reverse racism, socialized health care... the list goes on and on.

    no.

    he's not formulating policy.

he does what he gets told to do. (more of a figurehead, kinda fabricated like a boyband, he does not write his own music either)

so no, no peter principle at work.

edit: they're still not his policies(most have been tried before), he's just the salesman, selling them. boyband analogy still stands.

Source(s): at the same time, let's not pretend bush jr. had a fucking clue what was going on either,..now bush senior... that's a different story, he ran reagan, his own admin, and jr's admin by proxy.

You could apply that to 1000s more than Obama.

Is this the result of a Peter Principle example?

Peter was a very wise man.

Typo, I and millions of others call them accomplishments that the right hasn't the ability nor desire to see. You are so stuck in your baseless hatred, you can't see any facts anywhere.

If only we could secretly make the position of President powerless so we could invoke the Dilbert Principle instead. That way, we won't screw the country too badly even if we elect another Bushbama type president. Still, it'll be hard to deal with the incompetent congress...
