I have a Bosch dishwasher Model SHE43F15UC/64.

When I turn it on it drains and that is all it does. Even if I cancel the cycle it does nothing but continue to drain.

I have had one service tech out who said I needed to change the control board.

But that did not fix the problem.

Any suggestions

Listen to this: on the business website MarketWatch dot com they said that Obama . . . well . . here, I will quote them:

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- White House press secretary Jay Carney on Monday appeared to suggest that the Obama administration will not fine individuals who do not enroll for health insurance by March 31. He said that for people who do not have access -- either because states that have not expanded Medicaid or "due to other factors" -- they will not be fined"

But this is EXACTLY the same as as delaying the individual mandate for one year. During the shutdown OBAMA REFUSED to do that during the negations. In fact, at one point the Republicans had only 2 demands-this and that congressional staffers give up their $5,000 insurance subsidy, which they did in the final agreement.

So Obama kept the government shut down for 3 extra days and THEN he agrees to open the government

But now he is doing exactly what the Republicans asked for!

To me, this says that he WANTED the government to be shut down!

What do YOU think about all of this? If he was going to do this anyway, why did he not agree to the Republicans demands earlier and actually look like he compromised with them?

I am SO SICK of hearing liberals grip about Boehner and the Republicans refusing to "negotiate" over Obama Care. Hell, they have been trying go do that for YEARS!

But when they finally get tired of Obama and the liberals refusing to talk to them, and they finally do something about it, what happens?

The liberals want the Republicans to give them anything they want and they promise to discuss it later.

I hear all the complaints from liberals about Bush taking us into Iraq. People constantly complain because we did not find WMDs in Iraq. Many of these same people now claim that he lied just to make money off of the war.

Now members of the same party that want us to bomb Syria. (I, personally think we have no dog in this fight and oppose it.) They say that the government in Syria has nerve gas weapons that they got from Russia and Iraq.

So, since nerve gas weapons ARE classified as WMDs, and we KNOW Hussein used nerve gas on his own people, does this mean that they are admitting that Bush was right about WMDs being in Iraq? After all, they’re the ones saying that Hussein did supply the weapons to people in Syria.

Obama stated in the State of the Union that he want to spend even more of our taxes on green energy.

Haven't he lost enough tax-payer money on green energy?

Isn't our government debt big enough?

Does he really think that we need to throw away even more?

What do you think are the issues with Obama care that no one is discussing?

We have people constantly attacking Obama Care while others defend it. The simple fact is that this is a very large and complex law. It has many provisions that you never hear about that can have an impact on how we receive our health care.

But many of these are never discussed here or anywhere else.

For example, did you know that doctors and healthcare facilities are subject to what is basically a customer satisfaction survey? In this survey patients are asked rate a facility on how satisfied they were with their care. If the facility does not get a very high rating they face having their reimbursements cut. In other words, if the patient is not satisfied, the facility loses money.

This sounds great on its face but think about it a bit more. What if a patient has decided that the doctor needs to run and CT, MRI or other expensive test because they have a headache or some other symptom? The doctor may feel that this is simply not necessary and is an unneeded expense. But if he does not order the test, the patient is angry and then can then give the doctor and hospital low ratings and have their reimbursements cut. So now you have Doctors that are subject to being pressured into doing tests that can cost thousands of dollars just to keep a patient happy.

How about re-admissions. One of the things we all want is for doctors to discharge patients quickly in order to keep hospital bills down. Doctors do a pretty good job of knowing when they can send their patients home. But the new Affordable Health Care act has directed the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (the people who administer Medicare, Medicaid, and Children’s services) to reduce payments for hospitals that have what they consider to be too many patients re-admitted.

So on one-hand doctors do not want to keep patients in the hospital any longer than necessary. But if the doctor sends the patient home and the patient does not continue to improve for some reason, the doctor and the hospital may have their reimbursements cut. This occurs even if the reason is that the patient refused to take their medications a home, or choose to return to work too soon on a broken leg. So we are pressuring doctors to keep patients in the hospital. How is that going to effect our healthcare costs?

Now suppose that same doctor has a patient in his office that he recently discharged. But the patient has not been eating and drinking at home and has become dehydrated. Now he faces a penalty if he does what may be in the best interest of the patient and re-admits them in the hospital for 24 hours. How can that effect the decisions regarding a patent’s health?

So we are constantly putting our physicians in a position where they are basically penalized financially. For them it can often be a lose/lose situation. It can also be a lose/lose situation for the patients.

Yes, there are some good things in Obama Care. But there are some areas that are not so good. I have nemed 6 different questions here. let me know what you think.

Personally I feel that situations such as this is what happens when one small group decides that they know what is best and do not seek the imput of others.

This is a bad way to run a government, our health care system or a businesses.

Lawmakers are currently coming out of the hearings say that it is clear that there were NO demonstrations taking place at the time of the 2 attacks on the embassy.

They are saying that it was actually 2 separate attacks and that the Second one was when they attacked the embassy with mortars.

They are saying that this was known, and then confirmed within HOURS of the attacks.

So how is Obama going to try to spin this?

Will he just ignore the facts and keep on yelling his lies?

Are the Democrats so desperate to cover his sorry backside that they were going to go and try to convince his supporters that a MORTAR ATTACK is part of a protest!

Hostess has been in bankruptcy negotiations for nearly 2 years trying to stay in business. They got concessions from all their creditors and union groups...except the Bakers Union. They said without concessions from the Bakers Union they could not stay in business. Still the union would not give any at all on the 2 biggest issues.

Hostess had 2 big issues that the union refused to make any concessions on. They refused to accept any of the increased cost in health insurance created by Obama Care, and they refused to cover any of the ever-increasing cost of retirement benefits.

Now they (Hostess) has closed their doors and are liquidating their assets. This is a move that will cost their stockholders millions, and forced the layoff of 18,000 employees, mostly union members.

So I ask, do you support the choices that the union made on behalf of their employees?

Does it seem to you that the Union made choices that benefit their employees best?

Did the union do a decent job of representing their employees?

Both sides agreed that one of the big issues is the higher cost of health care brought about by Obama care. So do you blame Obama for the loss of these jobs?

You want to raise my taxes? OK. Then here is what I will agree too.

I think I have a tax increase that even the TEA party will endorse. Few to no arguments about it in Congress. A bill that can be passed in just a few days. Plus it is simple enough that it will fit on a couple of pages of paper and everyone with a 6th grade education can understand it.

It’s another new tax. I call it the absolute tax. It’s a 3% tax on your total income. And everybody pays it.

First of all we start with ZERO. No one, no matter how much or how little money they make gets more income tax back that they actually paid in. The best you can do is not owing anything at all. They call it an INCOME TAX, because it is not an INCOME GIFT.

Then we add in the absolute tax. Everyone pays this tax.

All income, from ANY source, no matter what the source is. Wages, investments, retirement, gifts, disability, and child support . . . ANY and ALL income you get. You pay the tax if your income is made here in the US, or overseas. If you are a US citizen or an alien who lives in the US for more than 6 months, YOU PAY!

If all the income you get is $500 a month in child support (like my niece), you pay $15 a month. If you’re like my brother-in-law and live on disability and get $1,250 a month, you pay $37.50 a month. If you make $10,000,000 you pay $300,000.

But this is IN ADDITION to your current taxes!

So my brother-in-law ends up with a total tax bill of $450 a year. My niece’s total tax bill will be a whopping $180 a year, less that she spends on diet coke. And a 1%er making ten million a month will pay an increase of $3,600,000 in additional taxes.

Now everybody has some skin in the game.

I would prefer massive across the board tax cuts. but with the current administration we all know that it is more likely to snow in hell. So if we are forced to absorb a tax increase, this it the one I want.

So the question is would you support this tax increase?

I have found some 3" recessed lights that I really want to use in my house. I would be retro fitting these lights in a ceiling that has blown insulation on top of it.

The cans I am looking at are designed to use Halogen light bulbs. I will be pulling the halogen bulbs and replacing them with LED bulbs. But I can't guarantee that some idiot would not go back with the hotter halogen bulbs years from now.

the problem is that I can't find the style of lights I want in a IC fixture. They are just available in a non-IC fixture.

My question is can I just make a tin cylinder and put a lid on it and then use this to cover the housing?

Do I need to make sure the cylinder has a certain amount of ventilation?

Does it need a open top?

I will be placing them in area where the attic height is less than 24 " and I will be adding more insulation latter on. I am worried about accidentally blowing more insulation in the cylinder.

I do not know what they will be for Romney, (at least not for this week.) But I do know what is being reported as Obama’s priorities for next term if he is reelected.

"Relief" is and historically has been a common name for welfare programs around the world. He is specifically taking about what we currently call Social Security, Unemployment, and Food stamps. Balancing the federal budget is going to be a huge and complicated job. It will take a lot more changes than can be covered here. But I have a few common sense ideas that I think would be a step in the right direction. I would like some honest feedback on them.

I would refuse to sign any law that contained any pork projects-and make sure that all the voters knew why I did not sign it.

3% tax increase on ANY AND ALL income for every single person living in America or having an American citizenship. This 3 % is on top of any tax you owe and can't be avoided by ANYONE-EVERYBODY PAYS! No one pays less than 3%! yes, Taxing over seas income would be problematic, but even if we only manage to get the taxes 50% of the time we are better off then we are now. I think that most people living overseas would pay the taxes simply because it is not that much and it is the right thing to do.

Cut all foreign aid by 50% immediately, and many countries would receive none within 3 years. We need to pay our own bills before we pay someone else’s.

No entitlement benefit increases for anyone currently in the system. All the remaining entitlement benefits, with the exception of senior benefits, are cut by 20% each year starting in 4 years. Yes, for many it would be hard pill to swallow. But if we do not get a handle on entitlement spending now, there will not be any money for entitlements in the future.

Medicaid has a 10% co-pay. The federal government pays the entire bill and then collects the co-pay. No one will be denied healthcare over a10% co-pay. But it will help keep a lot of BS out of our ERs. Medicare has an even higher co-pay and I don’t see a lot of people dying because they are refused healthcare.

Open the gulf and most federal lands to responsible oil and gas exploration by American companies. If you Work for the EPA, you can never work for an oil company and vise versa. (you guys do know that BP is a British company, didn’t you?)

No more government bailouts for businesses! (no, this will not cause banks to go belly up, the FDIC will take them over and then other successful banks will take them over.) sure, some businesses will go out of business. But other businesses will buy out the failing companies and new businesses will step in and replace the failing ones. It’s called “the free market” and it has worked for us for over 200 years.

EPA waivers for new oil and gas refineries all over the country. We need to capacity to refine our own energy.

Build pipelines-they are a much safer way of transporting oil and gas than truck or barges.

Tax breaks for the next few years for transportation and energy companies that use natural gas instead of oil and coal based energy sources. We need oil and coal, but we also need to start to use the cheap natural gas we have.

Capital gains over 1 million dollars a year will be taxed at the same rate as your income tax. However, reinvestment into a business's infrastructure will be 100% tax deductible in the year the investment is made.

Shut down much of the IRS and go with a straight sales tax instead.

Bonus programs for federal employees that design programs and/or equipment that save the federal government money.

100% FREE tubule ligation's and vasectomies for every person in America.

Repeal Obama Care and replace it with several smaller laws, with gradual changes, that actually make sense!

A lot of people support the so-called Buffett Rule. But a lot of folks don't. But I have my own thoughts on it.

I can see both sides of the issue and I have a counter proposal. I call it the Buffett Rule 2.0.

I propose a 3% added federal income tax. Every person who lives in the US, and every person having American citizenship and living outside fo the country, pays the new tax.

No matter what you income tax return looks like, if you have more than $1,000 in income, any income of any kind, you owe an additional 3% tax.

No write-offs, no deductions, no loopholes, no exceptions, everyone pays and additional 3%. This will be added to any income tax you owe-even if your owed a tax refund. Everybody pays.

This tax is on all income including social security, disability, retirement, child support, investment income, capital gains, and wages. EVERYBODY PAYS AN ADDITIONAL 3% ON ALL INCOME.

This tax will automatically disappear the day the national debt hits one trillion dollars.

So what do you think? Fair enough?

So I see MSNBC is attacking Zimmerman’s lawyer.

And I saw the video on the news today of the protesters supporting Trayvon looting a convenience store. (stupid move guys.)

But what is disturbing is what I don’t see. I don’t see the mainstream media covering the story of the 13 year old white boy attacked and set on fire in a racially motivated hate crime. I also don’t see Yahoo covering it in any way. In fact when I searched for articles on Yahoo I got literally half the hits I did on Google. Now why is that?

Since this was a hate crime, where is the Department of Justice? Since the local police are not doing much about it, why are they not stepping in? Prosecuting hate crimes IS their job.

Could it be because of Eric Holder? For a guy that has such a fixation on prosecuting racial crimes he sure has been avoiding the one!

So I ask; Will there be justice for Allen Coons?

Oh right! Eric Holder was the guy who blocked the prosecution of the new Black Panthers in the voter intimidation case-after they had lost! He ordered the case dropped when all that was let was the sentencing phase!

And our fearless leader! Where does he stand in all this mess? He has voiced concern for Trayvon’s family and the desire to see justice done. But what about Allen Coons? Is he not also worthy of Obama’s concern?

Oh yea! He’s a white boy!

It all makes me feel that we have a man in the oval office who wants and desires to see people treated differently because of the color of their skin.

Am I the only guy who feels this way?

Can you liberals honestly defend this lack of action for Allen Coons?

Every president in history has made mistakes. And I am willing to bet that most all of them has occasionally tried to deflect some of the blame to other for their mistakes

But the Obama administration has made several high profile mistakes. Solindra just for one.

But can anyone tell me of ANY mistake that Obama has made since he took office, for which he has admitted to ANY guilt? If he even bothers to admit that something has gone wrong.

It seems like all I ever hear about is how it is always someone else's fault.

I am always seeing a bunch of lazy people posting their history and government homework questions on the discussion boards. And they never ask them in the homework section. They ask them here.

One day these people will be eligible to vote and will they have no idea what will happen as a result of how they cast their votes. Why? Because they haven't bothered to learn a little basic history, or even how our government operates.

So for the next week I think that we should answer all homework questions incorrectly. Let's give them some elaborate BS answer that sounds good but is totally incorrect.
