Did obama WANT the government shutdown?

Do YOU think that Obama wanted the federal government to be shut down?

Listen to this: on the business website MarketWatch dot com they said that Obama . . . well . .  here, I will quote them:

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- White House press secretary Jay Carney on Monday appeared to suggest that the Obama administration will not fine individuals who do not enroll for health insurance by March 31. He said that for people who do not have access -- either because states that have not expanded Medicaid or "due to other factors" -- they will not be fined"

But this is EXACTLY the same as as delaying the individual mandate for one year. During the shutdown OBAMA REFUSED to do that during the negations. In fact, at one point the Republicans had only 2 demands-this and that congressional staffers give up their $5,000 insurance subsidy, which they did in the final agreement.

So Obama kept the government shut down for 3 extra days and THEN he agrees to open the government

But now he is doing exactly what the Republicans asked for!

To me, this says that he WANTED the government to be shut down!

What do YOU think about all of this? If he was going to do this anyway, why did he not agree to the Republicans demands earlier and actually look like he compromised with them?

Do you want the answer that you want or do you want the truth??? The ugly reality is that President Obama is arrogant enough to believe that if the Tea Party Republicans would simply work for the benefit of America and simply go along with his agenda then America would be in an era of prosperity like that during the middle of the Clinton Presidency and that Americans, at least a majority, would simply be grooving.

What most people do not realize is that President Obama does not enjoy being hated, much as the fact that so many Americans cannot imagine how a black male during the mid twentieth century could be hurt angry and upset to have his genitals ripped from his body seconds before being hung from a tree in the town square.

In a way, it would have been a brilliant strategy. Let the Republicans act like jacka**es so the public would be disgusted with them. But I really don't think he wanted his trip to Asia canceled. It gave China a chance to strut and posture over there. 
Look, the real problem with the ACA is not the website, but the fact that states have refused to cooperate. That's made if very difficult for many people to sign up. If the states were a little more concerned with their people, it wouldn't be necessary to delay anything.

One of Obama's mantra's is DO NOT LET ANY CRISIS GO TO WASTE.  That is one of his hero, Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals.  And Obama loves to CREATE crises.

I suspect he probably did. Is this not hurt his popularity at all. But the Republican Party may not recover from this debacle  that they have foisted  on America.
