Try going to a candy wholesale store and just seeing what they have that's blue. We have a store called B.A.Sweeties that is a huge candy store. Maybe you have something similar by you? I'd hit the candy aisles and see what's blue.

When is your wedding? If its summer or spring you could always get Easter candy and pick out all the blue ones. Like the pastels.
