What pills can I take to lose weight?

And I dont mean drugs lol

    I personally don't think you should use pills because the weight goes away for a short period of time, but will come back. The true way to loose weight is to work out daily and eat smaller portions, it helps to have one big glass of water before every meal. Taking pills is an easy way out for awhile but since your not used to eating smaller portions pills is not the solution. When you have a daily routine you get used to it, so if you take my advice you will be the size you would like to be in no time!

    I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

    Measure available that bowl of cereal or even oatmeal, including the fruit, nut products, maple syrup, milk, and yogurt you increase it. Have a set of measuring cups and spoons on hand instead of eyeballing.
