Can a doctor tell me how far down the baby is without an internal exam? ?
I'm trying to avoid internal exams but am curious how far down baby's head is. Can my doctor tell without an internal exam? My appointment is tomorrow. I'll be 3 days past due.

Yes, they feel around you lower tummy to see far down they are :)

No point trying to avoid vaginal exams at this stage - you'll be having a LOT of them from now on. And no, the doc needs to do the internal to check how the baby is doing .
