How do i rip videos from this site in an attempt to put them on youtube?

i cant do it with realplayer. what i really need help with is getting the videos on my computer, but im wording it this way so my question doesnt get deleted. if i need software i prefer free. thanks!

    Downloading and attempting to put videos on internet is illegal. Right now the FBI is reading this and tracing your IP address. Once they find you your going away for a very long time in prison. So don't risk it :P
