How to work my bottom abs and obliques?
I'm not overweight but I gained some weight last year because I couldn't work out so I'm trying to lose it and get my abs back. My bottom abs and obliques got the majority of all the fat that I gained so I want to know some exercises to get rid of it. I'm a pretty in-shape person, I lift 4 days a week but I'm not allowed to run because my achillies is torn so running isn't an option right now. Please give me the best workouts you know of for my lower abs and obliques.

Best things to do for lower ab workouts is to do leg raises and grab a dumbbell and keep it on your side and move your torso towards the floor sideways and come back up. I use 45lb weights and do 20 reps for 5 sets. And of course remember abs aren't made in the gym but in the kitchen!

Well i advise the old fashion way by a variety of crunches. For lower abs toe-touch crunches and for obliques crunches. This is how I got my abs and the best way to get abs. With that you definitely have to do minimum 30 minutes of cardio every day when you do get better. Maybe you won't have your abs showing outside of your body. But from the inside its still there. So when your achilles heals and if you do lots of cardio everyday when you loose the fat the abs are their waiting for you.
