How long do i have to vacate if ownership has changed?
The condo I am renting recently went into foreclosure and was purchased in a public auction by an investment company. I was contacted by them today and they wanted to schedule a time to come by the unit and look at it. I'm okay with that, but I would like to know how many days notice I get to vacate. I live in California and under California law I know that a landlord must give a tenant 60 days notice to vacate if he/she has lived there longer than a year (which I have), but I would like to know if this 60 days applies when the ownership of the property has changed, or if the new owner doesn't have to give me as much notice.
Thanks in advance!

The new owner will most likely keep you as a tenant. Don't worry, they will still give you ample notice as required by law.
