How can religious spies reconcile their profession with their beliefs?

Don't tell me there aren't religious spies. If there were during the Cold War, there certainly are now in what many (erroneously) perceive to be a religious war.

How do they account for the fact that their job is nothing but lies and deception? Isn't that against pretty much every religion on the planet?

I'd imagine it falls under the whole Cesar's Law deal but I have no first hard (or even fifth hand) experience.

  • Religion IS Lies And Deception...

  • I was actually thinking this earlier.

Lambert: "We still don`t know if she was a terrorist or a government agent."

Fisher: "Those two aren`t mutually exclusive."

Though espionage is illegal (and can usually only be justified with a bias), it`s still a very useful tool. Btw, corporate espionage isn`t *that* unethical.
