get some Aveeno eczema therapy or a good cream that doesn't bother your skin. Put it on heavy at night. Then wrap with a wet ace bandage or gauze, then put a dry wrap of gauze over that. Sleep away and you will be amazed in the morning. This was the old way of getting rid of eczema. Works for me.

Go to the doctor and they'll prescribe you some ointment.
Most people with eczema have sensitive skin,so ask your doctor what lotions would suit you like Aloe Vera,Aveeno,Dove,Ect.I had an extreme case of it and almost had scars from eczema.Avoid lotions with fragrance, they can irritate your skin.Don't use scrubs in the shower, they'll take essential nutrients for your skin. And be careful what bodywash you use.Don't use anything besides your hand to rub the body wash on your skin.Moisturise your skin everyday, use sunscreen (be careful on the ingredients again),and always use lotion after a shower.Drink plenty of water, fruits, vegetables, healthy balanced diet.

hey, sounds really annoying i hope u find a cure.. - i tell my little sister to slap her eczema, sounds silly but its bettter than making the skin sore and allowing dirt to go inside.. so she slaps it and it helps. - also my boyfriend showers with the hottest water he can take and he says it relieve him ALOT so you should try taking a shower before bed. - i think alot of mental help could work, i mean like mind over matter? if u truly tell urself its not going to itch tonight, it shouldnt be as bad.. im a believer of self healing and not going to the doc and it works for me.. goodluck hunny x
