out of shape? havent ran in a while is it okay to get dizzy and huff and puff, with ab pains?

what program can i use to improve my running?

    Hi.It is normal to feel huff and puff & be sore since you are out of shape.To get into shape,focus on doing running and walking. Switch off between the two.When you get tired switch to walking. When you gain your breath back go back to running.It should get easier within time.When that happens just do more of running & less of walking

    yea thats normal. I suggest you start out with short amount of running and try a little bit of other exercises too. Also take breaks between your running, rehydrate yourself and slowly progress to the amount of time you want to run.
