Every time I sneeze my eye pops out?

Any home remedies for this?

    If one tries to sneeze with the mouth shut, you restrict the force of the sneeze and can easily burst blood vessels in the eyes and present ocular pressure from the eyes. No remedies apart from gerabbing a kleenex and have a sneeze that is not confined/restricted to relieve the aforementioned problems.

    Try to keep them shut while sneezing.

    I thought it was physically impossible to sneeze with your eyes open..
