Can you land a lutz in Jackson classiques?

What about axel? Beginning doubles?

It depends on your weight, height, how long you've had the skates and how much power you skate with (for example, a tiny 6 year old would need less stiff skates than an adult).

Generally though, it would definitely be possible to land a lutz in them (I wouldn't recommend it though). Axels & doubles? Highly unlikely. They'd most likely give out if you tried, although a very talented skater could probably manage it. Classiques are meant for beginners to early single jumps, so I imagine doubles would be near impossible in them.

When I was working on my axel, I had Jackson Freestyles that were beginning to break down. I was landing my axel on and off in them, but then I upgraded to Jackson Premieres and suddenly my axels were a lot bigger and better, and I could land them consistently. So the skates really do make a difference.

    Good luck! :)

Depends on your weight and height but generally the Jackson Classiques are recommended for single jumps so I would say yes you can land up to lutz.

Beginning doubles I would say no, as soon as you start working on on axels you should really upgrade to a stiffer boot, I would say the Jackson Competitors if you're wanting a boot that will last you into doubles (the Freestyles may only last you into axel).

    Anyway hope I helped :)

I don't know about beginning doubles but there is this girl who uses the classiques and could do her Axel in them. I got to say that if you are hard on them you mostly likely need a much stiffer boot to land an Axel. It also depends on your weight and height. This girl that I was talking about, she is only around 8, it's completely diffterent if you are like 12 or older.

Single lutz is depend on your height and weight but for axel and double it's definitely not strong enough. I had Jackson artiste(only difference is the blade) when I was 17 as my first figure skates but I could do only waltz jump and toe-loop. Then I've changed them because I didn't feel enough ankle support. Jackson Freestyle or Competitor is much better for axel and doubles or you can choose other brands too.

you can land any jump in any boot

but if you did a trple lutz (for example) in a jackson classique boot you would probably twist your ankle/fall really badly

If you are lightweight maybe you could do a double salchow in Jackson Classiques. The more you weigh generally the more support you are going to need for a boot.

But I think it also depends how big your jumps are.

I've seen skaters land the smalled double salchows by jumping about 15 cm into the air in Jackson Freestyles but ppl with massive jumpd would need more support

    I wouldn't.

For axel and doubles I would recommend a stronger boot.

The lutz you may just scrape through, although I certainly wouldn't recommend it. Axel and doubles? No way.
