Pie has nut and seed allergy, pregnant can I have this?

I have brought some chicken and vegetable pies. Under allergies it said Nuts and Seeds so can u eat them? I am pregnant at 24 weeks and was wondering if it is safe to eat?

    As long as your don't have any allergies to it, it should be fine :)

    I was told, as a student, that eating actual nuts is not recommended as it can make your baby have an allergy. But traces are fine - it's only a pie.

    As long as YOU don't have a seed or nut allergy, you can eat them if they are cooked properly. Don't eat raw food, especially while pregnant.
