Why do I keep getting constipated?

Im 14 years old, and I keep getting constipated. I dont know why, but it seems I cant get a bowel movement without using medication like laxatives. I havnt had a bowel movement in a week now. I know I need to use the bathrrom becasue I can feel it in there, but it wont come out. I cant have a normal bowel movement. Please help

    you probably dont include enough fibre in your diet !

    also dont a so mch white bread it totally stops bowel movements if you have too much of it .

    All-bran

    Shredded Wheat

    Branflakes

    Weetabix

    Unsweetened muesli

    Fruit ‘n’ fibre

    FRUIT :

    Avocado Dried apricots

    Orange

    Apple Peach

    Banana

    VEGETABLES :

    Baked beans Jacket potato

    Frozen peas

    Broccoli

    Green beans

    Red Lentils

    Cabbage

    Carrots

    Cauliflower

    Sweetcorn

    Tomato

    Lettuce

    drink LOTS of fruit juice

    eat lots of fruits and veggies and lots of fibers, this happens to my little sister over winter break, spring break and summer break, basically anytime that she is allowed junk food, she over does it and can't get a normal bowel movement.

    That normally happens when ur eating junk food , so start eating healthier from now on, and to make ur self do a poo now drink plenty of water , and eat some fibre that'll make u poo (weetabix). :)
