Romney violated voting law in Wisconsin by giving voters free subs in exchange for votes?

Is there a penalty for that? What happens when politicians break the rules in voting laws?

Update:

@John: Sorry but ACORN was not at the voting booth exchanging funds for votes. Try again later.

Read about Acorn, voter fraud and Obama and get back to me on that.

EDIT: No they just raise the dead to vote, and 'help' non-english speakers to vote inside private voting booths historically...haha.

Depends: If they were poor and black, they go to jail, if they're rich and white, they pay a fine.
