The Police cars in my town have very dark tinted windows?

Generally, a person can only be arrested for a misdemeanor or felony crime. A window tint violation is neither. A window tint violation is only an infraction. In many states police vehicles and ambulances have an exemption for winow tint.

Instead of whining and complaining, why not do something positive or you community. You could volunteer at a Homeless shelter or habitat for humanity.

They also pay their salary. Police pay taxes too.

Window tints on police cars are an officer safety issue because it makes it harder to be a target.

Window tints on civilian cars are also an officer safety issue because police cannot see what an operator of a vehicle is reaching for.

If you attempted to pull a police car over and perform a citizen's arrest, you will very likely be arrested for false imprisonment or another similar charge.

Since when is it illegal to have tinted windows? What would be probable cause to pull them over? You can't arrest a police officer genius, you'd be arrested for impersonating an officer. This question is more proof people are getting more and more dumb, day by day.

It's not the cops fault that the windows are tinted. It's the idiot administrators who do stuff like that. Complain to the Mayor, Police Commission, City Council, County Commission, whatever.
