Why do J.W.s commemorate Jesus' death instead of His resurrection and Ascension into heaven?

How many people saw Jesus after His resurrection? How many people watched Jesus ascend? Was Jesus physically resurrected?

They truly mean well, but they are Not partaking, on the basis of teachings that are against the truth.

They claim they cannot partake, unless they are of the "144,000" anointed Christians, with a special covenant relationship with Jesus.

Jesus meant the evening meal to be shared by all of mankind, who will refuse this earths bounty and life, for loyalty to Him unto death if need be.

Jehovah's Witnesses are taught that Jesus' body was "dissolved, or atomized" in His resurrection tomb, and that "Michael the Archangel" who they believe is really Jesus, "Materialized" different bodies to appear to upwards of 500 people before He ascended to His Father.

In other words, they intimate that Jesus misled the apostles into thinking He was an angel, because they were not spiritually "mature" enough to understand....

But there is a problem with that teaching....if Jesus was not actually Bodily resurrected, we have no reason to celebrate anything......for a materialization is quite different than a resurrection.

If Jesus body was "dissolved" why was the stone rolled away from the tomb?

Jesus, the Son of Man, a man, represented to all mankind, how WE will also rise in our own resurrection, and it will be an "incorruptible body" that we are raised in.....we do not have angels waiting to materialize new bodies for us as well, do we?

To say that Jesus did not come in the flesh, is a grave mistake, and a fulfillment of a prophesy.

Jesus told Thomas; "Touch me, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have"...Jesus told the pharisees He would raise THIS body in three days.....and He did.

    Jehovah's Witnesses also believe that Jesus made an "invisible" return in 1914, based on an earth wide contested date of 607 BCE as a measuring point of reference, and Charles Taze Russell, their founder, declared that he had measured the interior wall of the pyramid Giza, to arrive at that date....but....how could that be true, as our Lord Jesus said that every eye would see Him, like the lightening from one end of the earth to the other....and He only said He was coming ONCE,.... not twice....so if He came in 1914, they should not observe His death at all...for He told His disciples;

"Keep on doing this then, until I arrive"....

We are all awaiting His arrival, and we celebrate His life,

by eating, and drinking his flesh, and His blood, all of us who call on Him in spirit and truth.

May they all re-examine the teachings of Mr. Russell, and Sarah White, the prophetess of the Seventh Day Adventists whom he learned of this doctrine.

May they find the courage to ask questions soon, and lift that veil, that is for them, a strong delusion.

basically because it became prophesied that Jesus might upward push from the ineffective after 3 days, it became actuality. God the father, raised Jesus' finished physique and the tomb became discovered empty even nonetheless Roman guards have been guarding the tomb. Jesus and His physique became spiritually converted after a quick quantity of time so as that Jesus ought to fulfill the reality that he had actually been resurrected. As for a spiritual Heaven or A actual Heaven: Heaven isn't actual as we are conscious of it. There are religious beings(Angels and Demons) and non secular issues that we won't be able to see with our earthly bodies. because it fairly is prophesied, those that settle for Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, their bodies will upward push from the grave and be converted, basically as Jesus' physique became converted, so as that we are going to fulfill Jesus interior the air at Jesus' 2d coming while Jesus Christ would be seen by the whole worldwide and each knee will bow.

The bible teaches Jesus was physically resurrected. The Jehovah witness celebrate his death and resurrection but not Christmas because Jesus never said to celebrate his birth but he did say to celebrate his death.

    There is no Jesus.

There probably never was a jesus.

    What does it matter?

It is all metaphysical mumbo jumbo.
