Facebook, delete and completely remove the list of People You May Know all at once from the Find Friends page?

Update:

There are a lot of people on this list I don't know at all and definitely want to shorten this list. I know how to "x" them out on the right of the screen on the home page, but i've noticed that they reappear a few days later.

    It is not possible but you can report this to facebook ....they will fix it ...
