Go on to youtube, type in Angry german kid. It will take your mind off of the ring, and if you are still scared turn on ALL the lights and STOP THINKING ABOUT IT. I was scared when I watched horror films, but then I just forgot about it. By the next day, it just seemed childish.

If you are really still scared, just think - Whatever happened in the ring (never watched it :D) has that ever happened to the 60 billion people on the planet? No. Has anyone ever found a scary ghost under their bed? no. These things are made to make you so scared, the people behind them have sick minds, which makes you wonder about the human race, really...

Dude just relax its just a movie watch some family guy and u will forgot about it this happened to me too every time I watch a scary movie but i got used to it do yeah ur not the only who has those problems so just relax because the more u think about it the more u get scared so yeah have fun at home see ya wish I can talk to u all day but bye bye hoped I helped u dude or miss whateever u are male or female
