how do I create an xbox live acount (games for windows live)?
I have GTA IV on my PC with the ELC expansion.
I've tried making an xbox live account but the xbox live website is aweful and doesn't work on any of the browsers I've tried (including microsoft's own internet explorer).
Is there another way I can make an xbox live account? (I've got a local profile for GTA IV but for some reason I can't do that for the expansion pack)

AIf you have a Hotmail account, that counts as a Live account, or you could simply make one of those.
