How can you tell if a person has given you a fake name?
My friend has been letting this man come to see her and her family and I think he has given her a fake name because we have all done a background check on him and nowhere does his name show up. He does not seem to be a very nice man. He won't take her out in public or stay there very long.
He will never show her his I.D. he is a master at turning things around on her every time she stands her ground. . I wish she would just let him go once and for all. She has lost 80 pounds over him. She still weighs 289lbs. This is how he gets away with the things he gets away with. She is house bound she is bedridden most of the time, and in a power chair the times she is out of bed. Can he be prosecuted? She calls me and lays her burdens in my ear, but the next thing I know he is back in the door again. She lives several hundred miles away in another State.

There isn't really much you can do at a distance. It is up to her family to get to the bottom of this.
They could ask to see his ID and insist he show it. If he has fake ID that approach might not be conclusive. If he still won't show it that might be a clue that he should be kept away.
You have the additional problem of having no real power to intervene. What her family might consider, though, is contacting Adult Protective Services, if they suspect a scam or possible abuse. As a disabled person she could be vulnerable and should be entitled to some kind of protection.
Again, it is really her family's business to intervene in this. From what you have described, it sounds like there might be a pretty strong case against him.

If you are driving with him and you see a cop then you can lie about the speed limit to have him get pulled over. Then he will need his ID. Plus it could be really funny.

wtf is your project? I surely HATE, rather HATE human beings such as you. I wasn't doing something incorrect so i did no longer go with to offer him my information! What, did you think of he's going to flow decrease back to the dep. and lookup your call purely for the hell of it? this is possibly purely for a reference if something replaced into to ensue, no longer purely to him yet to you. it rather is in many circumstances for a persist with up. even however I doubt it will come decrease back to hang-out you, i'm hoping it does. you're this variety of damn fool for mendacity to him whilst he for sure replaced into basically jotting down your call. Jesus....******* end freaking out around the police...fool.
