I was not aware that "epic" was a band, and I did some searching, and did not find it. All I know of is a song called Epic by "Faith No More". If there really is a band called epic with a song faith no more, it is most likely a reference to the original, not a coincidence.

You have it backwards, moron. Faith No More is the name of the band and Epic is the name of the song.
