Does Obama purposely tell lies and half truths?

I've listen to what Mr. Obama has said over the years and if you don't do any research you are likely to fall for what he says. For instance on March 29th of this year Obama said:
"Congress up until this point has thought it was a good idea to send billions more of your tax dollars to the oil industry." He has made this sound like billions of dollars of "subsidies" (as the left calls it) are going to the oil companies when in reality it's just oil companies using the tax write offs they are allowed under law like any other business.
Obama and his minions have been touting an 8.2% unemployment rate and they came to this number after they removed those who were unemployed but no longer looking for work. The CBO says our real unemployment rate is 9.6%
One of my favorites is when candidate Obama said in late 2007, 
"I am in this race to tell the corporate lobbyists that their days of setting the agenda in Washington are over.  They have not funded my campaign, they will not run my White House, and they will not drown out the voices of the American people when I am president." Yet, Obama has hired several lobbyists including the more recent hiring of  former lobbyist Steve Ricchetti as a counselor to V.P Biden.
And on something that is affecting us all today, oil prices and gas prices Obama has said 
"With only 2% of the world's oil reserves, we can't just drill our way to lower gas prices, not when we consume 20% of the world's oil." Shocking statement to all us gas guzzling Americans until you research and find out that the 2% Obama is talking about is what they call "proved" oil reserves which only accounts for the oil which is currently being drilled for by oil companies which amounts to 22 billion barrels. It is estimated by experts that we actually have 60 times that not being drilled for.
Oh, and more on oil, he said this, 
"Under my administration, America is producing more oil today than at any time in the last eight years." What Mr. Obama didn't tell you is that his policies had nothing to do with that and he basically had no control over it because the increase in domestic oil production between 2007 and 2011 occurred on non-federal land, which Obama does not control. The truth of ithe matter is that in the areas Obama does control production has decreased during his presidency. 
I could go on and on with things like the Keystone oil pipeline, GM bail outs etc but I think there is enough here already to ask the question, Does Obama purposely tell lies and half truths?

He has to lie.
If he told the truth like I hate white people and small independent non black businesses he wouldn't get elected.
If he told the truth that he thought women, Hispanic and poor blacks were stupid for believing Republicans were anti women, anti Hispanic and didn't want to help the poor he wouldn't get elected.
If he admitted openly he hates the constitution, which he called a flawed document, he wouldn't get elected.
If he admitted he supports communism like his mentor he wouldn't get elected.
If he admitted he is against people who want to protect us like police, Border patrol, Military, and ever day citizens then he wouldn't get elected.
If he told the truth that he was supporting terrorist and slave traders who cross out borders by not supporting states illegal immigration laws who would vote for him?  There is no proof that Obama still has ties to drug dealers other than his old roommate.
So if Obama wants to be reelected he has to lie, it is up to the American people to stop the lies and vote him out of office or their will be more lies until we have no constitution to protect the citizens from liars.

Obama has no option! And he's no exclusive than different democrats! I feel you possibly a racist since you singled out Obama as the one lair whilst it is quite all Dems that do it. (Im being sarcastic approximately the racist remark, the relaxation is right. I see Dems because the flat earth ends justify the way social gathering)

chicago thug politics at it's finest--all you have to do is spin the narrative--spin it long enough and it becomes the truth in the minds of the huddled masses.  That's the proposition that it works on=--that people aren't smart enough to realize a con when the see it.

Yes, Yes he does. The larger issue is that the majority of american people only hear what he he say's and they believe him.

That is President Obama to you.

1. Other energy companies should get subsidies, instead of giving it all to oil.
2. I read an article recently that 1 out of 4 people in the United States are unemployable in this current market because they have a criminal record (do search for 65 Million people need not apply); this is something that no President has any control over.
3. The proof is in the pudding; we are drilling more, exporting more and have a  surplus and still the price is not affected.
4. Keystone Pipeline was built in 2010, the extension to that existing pipeline was not approved by Nebraska but was approved by Texas. That part is being built.

You too can learn the truth, if you do some research.

But I wouldn't believe anything from any Texan. They are TRAITORS ... since they want to secede from the USA. Even their Governor advocated secession.

As such - they need to STFU regarding ANYTHING related to The United States of America.
