Older workers not respected?

After I lost my job (after 30 years) I got lucky enough to find a new job in my field at a big cut in pay, but I'm happy to have a job! It seems lately, I've been blamed for a few things that I really didn't do, I don't know who did it, but it's never a big deal. If I find a mistake made by another person, I fix it and move on. I'm not accustom to coworkers calling each other out, and it always seems to be the same (much younger) coworker. I keep my mouth shut for the sake of the team, I don't want to make waves but I'm trying to figure out why this is happening? Does it make that person feel superior? Should I respond when this happens? Or will that make it worse? I have a good relationship with my boss, but I don't want this to turn into a school-yard or "he said/she said" *sigh* not sure what to do.

i have a motto: if you mess with me be prepared to be thrown under the bus. im not a mean person but i will never let someone mess with my future, you have to know when to put your foot down. you only have your self. you can talk to your boss and tell him/her whats going on and how you feel

I think you should just do your job, the best you can and if something come up like a mistake inform your manager immediately to avoid problem is good you try to avoid conflict what not but it also for your being be professional and curious with your coworker but don`t socialize with them!
