Have you tried eating your meals on a salad plate (&/or drinking out of small glasses)? It really does make you feel like you've got more food than if it were on a regular dinner plate.

The plate size answer has a good idea. Another thing to consider is maybe break your meals up throughout the day so that you are eating something small (and I mean small!) every few hours. This can help prevent the raging hunger causing you to eat large portions. I too am quite hungry all the time, but I snack all day long and have a quick metabolism as a result (5'9, 133 lbs so the constant snacking has not caused me to become overweight).
