Are these okay meals for the day?(losing weight)?
Breakfast: toast and butter (kingsmill 50/50 bread)
Lunch:half a can of spaghetti hoops on 1 piece of toast (same bread)
Tea:roast dinner: chicken, mash, carrots, cabbage, onions, gravy)
Snack: satsuma
Exercise :20 minutes zumba wii, 20 minute walk, 30 minute pilates

Your exercise looks great! Theres nothing wrong with having toast for breakfast, but try not to have too much in once day. I noticed that you also had bread for lunch. You'll want to start cutting down on carbs. Dinner looks good, remember to load up on fruits and vegetables. Good luck! Don't eat too little, or you will gain it back and more as soon as you start eating regularly.

Leave out the butter. Roast dinner probably has double the calories you need for the day,k depending on portion size.
Looks like your diet has way too much fat in it!
