How can I get in shape in 2 weeks? What can I expect? I just want to make the most of it...?
My brother and his fiance decided just yesterday to get married... IN TWO WEEKS! Now I'm definitely not prepared. I work at a desk all day so I have really let myself go. (Not A LOT, but enough to feel uncomfortable at a major event).
I'm 5'3 and weigh 140lbs. I have to get started on this ASAP but I don't really know how or where to start or what to expect.
--How much weight can I hope to lose?
--What are the best exercises to get a flat stomach and get rid of love handles?
--Should I do the elliptical or is running better?
--I'm going to incorporate weight training but is it better for losing weight to do more reps with less weight or more weight and less reps?
--For BEST results how long should I work out for?
--As far as eating habits is just eating yogurt/salad/grains/and chicken best?
ANY help would be greatly appreciated. I have started to incorporate some excercise during lunch but I know I have a long way to go.

You need to eat bananas... mainly bananas. And then grab a ninja star and stick it in your belly button. Trust me, it helps with hotdog riding cows. Now, grab a catsup bottle and put water in it. Drink it everday.

Well, in two weeks you might be able to lose between 15-25 pounds depending on how hard you try. The best exercise to burn calories is cardio. Running and swimming burn more calories than any other workout. Cut dairy, snack food, fast food, etc. out of your diet and stick with healthy foods (salad, nothing fried, egg whites, fish, etc.). Weight training does burn calories, but it's mainly for those who want to gain muscle, not lose weight. I would recommend sticking with running, swimming and jump roping. Feel free to email me if you have any more questions.
