FUN: Your right standing with God remains intact as long as you stand in God. But if after you say some little prayer of repentance when you 12 years old you live the rest of your life with no regard for the will of God then you will here God say "Depart, for I never knew you". Because not everyone that says to Him, "Lord, Lord" are truly His disciples.
Nous: Emotions are deceptive and christians are exhorted to not live by their feelings because feelings can be stirred up by our flesh,which is at enmity with God. All of the other stuff you wrote only tells me that you need to put more focus on developing a relationship with God. Your trying to explain spirituality with worldly wisdom and it doesn't work for people like me.

Research shows that the reason humans struggle with emotion to find equitable solutions is pinpointed the region of the brain called the insular cortex, or insula, which is also the seat of emotional reactions.
The fact that the brain has such a robust response to unfairness shows that sensing unfairness is a basic evolved capacity.
The emotional response to unfairness pushes people from extreme inequity and drives them to be fair. This observation shows our basic impulse to be fair isn't a complicated thing that we learn.
It therefore fully illustrates that all humans have morals controlled by the brain and that Christians are entirely wrong to try and claim morals as their own!!!!
But Christians found a way round it!
Government statistics show that christians are vastly over represented in prisons for sexual, violent and fraudulent crime!
The Catholic church is paying millions in compensation for the sex/pedophile crimes of their priests alone!
Christians are vastly over represented in the divorce courts!
Christians invented the concept of sin and then the idea that you could sin, ask forgiveness, get pardoned and start with a clean sheet!
So no surprise that they are so expert at it is it?!

I know sin flings wide the gates of hell and satan enjoys coming in, eating our lunch and popping the bag. he loves taking us further than we want to go, keeping us longer than we want to stay and making us pay far more than we are willing to pay. But we never lose our right standing with God, God never loves us any less because our relationship with Him is based on what Jesus Christ has done for us and not what we do for Him.
