Did I have a miscarriage?
My husband and I are trying to conceive. I was ovulating on March 25 and my period should have started on April 8. I have had no spotting but I did pass a white mucousy thing a little over a week ago. I have taken several pregnancy tests and they are all negative. Could I have had a very early miscarriage or could it be too soon to get a positive result?

well a miscarriage would consist of abdominal cramping and a lot of bright red blood, so no i don't think you have miscarried. sometimes your hcg levels aren't strong enough to show a positive on your pregnancy test. white mucous is common in pregnancy tho:) i got a positive 5 days after my missed period! just wait a few more days and test again. don't stress as it delays your menstrual cycle. good luck :)

A miscarriage is bloody tissue, clots, and tons of it. To me it seems you passed a chunk of cervical mucus. It seems that your period is off due to some other factor as well. It wouldn't be too soon for a positive result either. You need to wait for your period or contact your OB/GYN.

A 'white mucus thing' does not indicate a mis-carriage which that early normally is mistaken for a blood clot.
