If God is omnipotent and perfect, then why did he use the flood as a do-over?

Why doesn`t he admit that he fvcked up? He should know we wouldn`t insult him for being incompetent if he just came clean.

Since he could have easily just snapped his fingers to make 99.99999999% of the humans disappear, I guess he gets some kind of sick pleasure out of watching just about every living thing on the planet suffer & drown.

Superstitious stories - after the fact - are often used to

explain or justify occurrences. Many cultures have

flood stories, and some only state the fact.

The religions that spring from scripture are so easily

maintained because the writings are constantly

    available.

There are no do-overs. We are learning as we go.

The people who claim that God has a Plan B

are confused. The next time someone comes to

your house to explain their ideas, ask them about

Plan B. This is the phrase they use.

My only question is, whatever did the birdies do wrong?

The gift of free will is greater than the gift of no suffering. It was not a do over but punishment and cleansing of a corrupt world. There is another such cleansing coming to this generation. The global economic collapse is part of it.

God didn't mess up anything. The people living at the time of Noah were suffering terribly because how sinful they all were. God showed mercy to them. The flood cleanse the earth so life can get a flesh new start.
