How do I pick up a reserved Redbox video?

A couple of weeks ago, I reserved a movie online for Redbox. When I went to pick it up, I did not see an option to "pickup reservation" or anything like that. Since I didn't see an option to pick up my reservation, I bought the movie at the kiosk. I looked on my credit card statement and I got charged for buying it at the kiosk and for not picking up my reserved movie. I am extremely confused, as I didn't see an option on the kiosk to pick up my reserved movie.

How exactly do you pick up a reserved movie at a Redbox kiosk? I most likely missed a step on the kiosk, knowing my luck. I have a credit for a free Redbox movie if I reserve it online and I would like to use my credit, but I also don't want to get charged again. Can someone who is experienced with reserving Redbox movies online and picking them up in store please explain the process of picking up the movie to me? Thank you so much for your help!

Update:

I don't plan to dispute the charges with Redbox, since it was my mistake that I didn't pick up the reserved copy correctly. I would just like advice to avoid similar situations from occuring in the future.

*I don't want to get charged twice again.

Update 2:

@BlueDesert, thank you for your help! Yes, your explanation does help me. Yes, I do have a redbox account. When I signed up, redbox told me that if I reserved a movie online, my next online rental would be free. While I made a mistake with the pick-up this time, I apparantly still have a free movie credit on my account. Thanks for your help! I won't make the same mistake again now. =)

On the mainRed boxx page at the RB kiosk the menu runs along the bottom of the screen. The very FIRST (on the far left) choice is Redbox Reservation (or something similar). Click on that, then slide your credit card and your reserved movie comes out the slot. YOU DID NOT receive creditbecausee you didn't pick it up. It says CLEARLY that the movie will be held for 24 hours. If the movie is not picked up during that time you will be charged anyway. You did not pick it up so you were charged and you have no credit waiting for you.

Are you signed up online with a RedBox account ? You should be. That way you can keep track of what you've rented and paid. RedBox NEVER gives credit for a movie not picked up or watched.

The only way you can get anything back is if you rent a unplayable disc and call customer service to report it.(Report it RIGHT AWAY-do NOT wait several days) They will NOT refund your money, but usually they will give you 2 FREE codes to rent 2 other movies (for one night each) Free.

    Hope this helps

It's okay, it happens :) You're actually going to be looking for a prompt on the main screen (near the bottom) that says Redbox.com Pickup. You can send us an email to questions@redbox.com or by calling us at 866-REDBOX-3. Also, as long as that was your first rental, you will have an online rental credit in your account. You can find it by accessing redbox.com then clicking My Account and you'll see a field for the rental credit.

You'll never be worried with the Patriot Self Defense plan you will find it here https://tr.im/8PJUS .

The Patriot Self Defense plan is a really easy to understand and to follow. You never have to be a master or some type of fighting styles expert because this system is perfect for the common guy.

A huge issue could be the savings presented here. If you're to take self-defense classes or hire a coach of some sort, you'd invest hundreds and thousands a lot more than spent here to obtain exactly the same amount of knowledge and all this easily , in your own home at your personal time.

Binary trading is notoriously risky but if you follow a special method I've learned you can earn good money at almost no risk. This is the site I use: ( http://forexsignal.kyma.info/ ) I definitely recommend subscribing to this site in particular. I was a bit weary of binary trading from all the bad hype they receive but this site is pretty legit. This course explain everything you need to start a very profitable trading activity.
