Tonsils advice and tips?

Hello! I am having my tonsils removed at the end of the week and need some advice. How much weight should I expect to lose? Any foods I should or should not eat? Any other tips or anything would be greatly appreciated! Have a good day!

You will be recovering from surgery. Do not expect to lose weight. Stock up on popsicles, ice cream and soup high in broth content. Your throat will need soothing and rest so liquids will help.

I had mine out when I was 5 and popsicles are best invention ever for those with tonsils removed!

Hi there. I don't know where you get the idea that having your tonsills out will make you lose weight, because it will not. You may lose a little because you will not be able to eat properly for a while, but dont expect to lose a lot. As for the foods you should and should not eat - I presume you mean after your operation. You will be on fluids for a day or so, then you will only be able to eat jelly, ice cream and soft foods until your throat is better, 0nce your throat is better, then it is back to nornal eating but be careful what you eat as you can easily hurt your throat until it has had a while to heal as it was before. If you want to lose weight, then plenty of fluids, fruit and vegetables and exercise. Good luck with your op.

Know the asteroid wellhead tonsil stones them for many years and it's been title not eventually.

Best decision I've ever made! I was shocked by the way of getting out the stones out. It was so easy, but more importantly, painless. I really liked the little trick he had for preventing gag reflex. He have one happy customer here.
