Starting 1st day of P90x in a couple of hours. Any tips?
I'm going to be starting P90x here in a couple of hours and I'm honestly a little nervous. I know that sounds stupid...anxiety over a home workout/diet program. Any last minute advice and/or words of encouragement?

give it your best, and forget the rest! I have P90X too, and I am trying to start doing it again hopefully this week ! it is really intense and it will drain you out, and you will find yourself quite hungry at certain times, but it is worth it !
