Triple display with imac 21.5"...?

Question

I'm aware that it only has one thunderbolt port thing and thus a triple display setup isn't said to be possible with it, but I was wondering if I could use a thunderbolt->dvi adapter, then a dual dvi adapter, then run each monitor off of that. Does anyone know if this would work? I suppose it would be a strain in terms of graphics/data going through one thunderbolt port, but I'm no expert. I have the most recent imac btw. Thanks
