What do you think of Gandhi's quote "I like your Christ."?

christ was kind, pure, and and gave to the people. Many "christians" spend all week focusing on material items and not god then spend sunday praying for forgiveness. Christians that are supposed to model themselves after christs image aare hypaocrites.

I like the quote. I do not like those quoting it. They are so unlike the quote.

Because he knew that christianity was a false religion. Not that Buddha is right on, but he was learned enough to have read history, and knew that the Romans messed with what The Creator had laid out for us to follow, but the Messiah did it right.

Spot on for the vast majority of Christians.

It's true that some Christians are not such great Christians, but if they went to heaven when they died, that beats Ghandi, if he never got around to becoming a Christian, and so, went to hell.

Don't bother asking. Half of them don't even know who Gandhi is. And the other half will just start hurling racial insults about how they think brown skinned people like Gandhi are stupid and not worthy of being human like themselves. You'll either get answers filled with racism or answers filled with the lack of a simple 3rd grade education.

Gandhi was a wise man.
