Losing weight with minimal exercise?
I have a fair bit of weight to lose but at the moment am unable to do exercise due to recovering from an achilles tendon operation. I am eating around 1200 calories a day, spread through the day but am wondering if this will make a difference if I am unable to exercise?

the best diet to do if u cant exercise is cambridge diet. i was on it for 5 months and lost 5 stone.. but now maintain my weight with alot of exercise and very healthy eating. But fi you dont want to do a diet like that then cutting ur cals to 1200 should help. Cut down on carbs and drink plenty of water as most of the time the hunger u think u feel , is just because ur thirsty. x

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to

you may be used to fried foods but there are other sometimes healthier ways to cook including roasting steaming poaching baking braising and broiling

save the kitchen and the dining room table for cooking and eating try not to use it as a place to do work or other activities or you may be tempted to eat more
