looking for Yoruichi x Soi-Feng yuri manga strip?

I'm looking for a cartoon strip of sorts which has Yoruichi explaining why the uniforms have no back or sleeves to Soi.

Soi has a flashback and remembers Yoruichi taking advantage of her exposed body and says that the reason for the design is because Yoruichi was a pervert.

They then have some pretty hot sex.

I stumbled upon it awhile ago and just had the urge to read it again. anyone know where i can find it?
