Running is a fantastic way to lose weight. It depends how fast your going and you diet that you are taking. I say you could lose up to 15-20 kilos on average rate but even more if your running faster. Running a mile everyday is very good for when you try to lose weight. Exercise is a really good way to stay nice and fit as well as being healthy.

Running a mile at your weight will probably burn close to 70 calories. For a month that would come to 2100 calories. There are about 3500 calories in a pound of fat. That means you could loose a little of 1/2lb in a month.
Are you trying to loose weight? We don't know your height, so it's difficult to judge if you are over or under weight, but by most weight charts, you would need to be small framed and shorter than 4'10" to be overweight at 105lbs.

This depends on your height, but at 105 it doesn't sound like you need to lose weight at all. At the same time it depends on your pace and diet.

From the sound of it really depends on your height, and how much weight is fat because if you run a mile everyday you will burn fat but will gain weight in muscle.
