Can i shed fat and add muscle?

I am 28 5'6" and have already lost 8kg, I am now 66 kg and want to continue to lose fat but id also like to have more muscle (think amateur body building) I am doing 1/2 hr cardio daily and 1/2 hr of weights, using jack3d and replacing my lunch (post workout) with OPTIMUM NUTRITION 100% gold standard whey protein (1 serve) and eating healthily the rest of the time. Would I benefit from creatine? And am I doing things right atm? Any tips?

    ya.you should drink lemon water at the start of day,you are goin well

    yes you can do this by lifting weights first. for 45 mins

    then doing cardio exercise for 30 mins

    an 10 mins of ab training

    and eat 20x your body weight from calories.. and 1 gram of protein for each pound u weigh..

    take some protein powder an glutamine

    ya go to a gym lose the fat and when ya skinny go weight training
