The movie is not available on net also, actually this is an experimental movie based on Madhubani painters and their art work, this 59 minutes movie is like an essay on Madhubani. If it's not available in the market and net...then only one option we can try...I got online film director Praveen Kumar's landline and cell phone numbers. So you can call him. I am sure he will provide you this film's DVD happily....good luck.
