Why does the Israeli militery hate Qana so much?

Update:

@ Shay buddy the UN complex was clearly marked and it's besides the pint where the Katchukas came from which are like pea shooters compared to what the IDF fired back with. they fired the artillery on a marked UN refuge in 98, and then they fired at marked hospital in 2006,

The only conclusion I could see here is that The IDF are keeping an eye out for hidden civilians and blasting them out, and the only reason that I could think of is to put pressure on their military opponents to stop resisting

How do you see it?

Update 2:

@BMCR interesting you didn’t answer my question you went right to the mudslinging, it seems to me like you’re jealous, or maybe you don’t want anybody out there to know that your ways are in doubt by other Jews especially Lebanese Jews, or maybe the other participant is right you’re an Atheist and are trying to cover up, in anyways to me right now me calling you a dingbat would be too kind, and you digging your way to China tells me that you have less brains than a horsefly.

Oh by the way I checked it out the two Nabils are different accounts you're not that smart after all I checked the dates on both accounts it's not the same guy, now don't you feel like a raccoon in a mud pit.

Update 3:

@Mathew Here's a thought: if you don't want dead civilians, don’t bomb them. And then unjustifiably without proof may I add claim that terrorists were hiding among them.

Remember every body feels that the aggressor in this case Israel is a weasel, and trust me nobody takes the word of a weasel.

Update 4:

@short and sweet yes I call it pea shooters, anything is a peashooter compared to the massive air force and the unauthorized and undeclared nuclear bombs that Israel has, so yes they’re peashooters.

I might be a cowboy but don’t take me for a mule I’m not stupid, I know a lot more than you think about Hezbollah they didn’t start this you did, first you’re occupying their land, and second your IDF's policy is to kidnap any passing Lebanese civilian and throw them in their dungeon, and they've been doing that way before 1998.

And there you go you said it the IDF as you put it were keeping an eye out for civilians so they could bomb the tarnation out of them,

Son take that Idea out of your manure filled head Hezbollah were not hiding among civilian they build bunkers very close to the front lines to surprise you guys, or are you too thick headed to understand that.

And finally I’m not inciting hatred against Israel, Israel is the most hated nation in the world, congratulations you

Update 5:

@ Short and sweet so this is the answer you gave me in response to a statement that I gave to BMCR

(Add: So two Nabils exist who helped in the same evacuation, spend hours in YA, & both call themselves Jews who believe Koran is their holy book in a country with about 100 Jews left (elderly in Beruit.)) it's written (Beirut) not what idiotic thing you're trying to write

That answer only tells me one thing which is you and BMCR the person with the same account, So the question is how many other accounts do you have BMCR, Short and sweet or what ever jellyfish account you're using now.

Billy wouldn’t you like to hear it from someone who actually was there. First of all to be honest in 98 I was in school in Scotland, so I can’t really comment on the first massacre, I could tell you what I heard happened but it’s like, Shay, Sort and sweet, and Kevin it’ll be just speculation, I don’t really think you deserve to hear that.

Secondly I was in the South of Lebanon in July 2006 I was visiting my family when the war broke over, and I couldn’t leave unit it was finished, and I’m very familiar with the Qana massacre of that war.

In the 29 July my Hezbollah friends invited me to go with them to Wadi Lehjar, it’s a long valley on the border with Israel, it’s a curving valley, I asked my friends why they were taking me there they said that it was a surprise, when I got there, there were reports from Lebanese Newspapers, and Aljazeera, waiting there like something big was going to happen, and sure enough at 8 o’clock Israeli tanks rolled in, and Hezbollah were waiting for them they hit the lead tank and the middle tank at the same time then it was like shooting fish in barrel, the rest of the tanks ran back to their tails between their legs crying for their mommies to their little rat hoes that they came from, Israel lost 49 tanks, then I heard that they took another root, again Hezbollah was waiting and I think that they lost about 20 tanks on that one, shortly after lunch a Lebanese officer came running over saying that they need help in Qana, most of us went in the Lebanese Army Humvees and the first thing that I saw was the bombed hospital where people were taking bodies out, so I got assigned to a work detail and we started taking out the destroyed cement, my party pulled out 12 babies.

Knowing the Israelis they did that on purpose because they lost over 60 tanks that day, and they’re too cowardly to face up to Hezbollah.

You could see me in picture 16 and 19 I’m the one with the black shirt

    I’m a Lebanese Jew.

@BMCR and short and sweet, you guys are amazing I don’t really give a $Heet if you believe me or not and I told you this many times before, but if it hurts you to know that there are real Jews out there are aren’t afraid of Atheist Zionists dirt bags, than that’s too Fruging bad, my suggestion is button up, and expect to be paraded around for the Atheists that you are.

You BMCR you should take a closer look at what I wrote, before you start demonstrating to the world your utter ignorance. And I’m not going to Justify my answer to you because my policy is not to justify myself to idiots.

As far as you short and sweet when you even get a brain I’ll start thinking of you as a sub-hugan species.

Did you like my pictures BTW?

The Israeli Army is an navy of career there to suppress the Palestinians and 'guard' the Israel squatters oops! "settlers'. The 'settlers' can burn the tress, holiday rain water catchment dams and fill water wells as they please considering the fact that the Israeli navy's weapons allow them to. However, GOD aid a Palestinian who such a lot as selections a leaf of a 'settler' tree. How ironic that Israeli 'settlers' will have to be burningOlivee timber within the Holy Land. Makes you surprise does not it.

The IDF does not "hate Qana."

Sadly, Armed Arab Combatants keep using the civilians there as human shields and attacking Israel FROM Qana, which leads to Israel firing BACK, which is fully legal. That is why using civilians has human shields, as the Arabs do is such a heinous war crime.

Here is some additional reading to add to the Short and Sweet's sources:

As of 28 August, this is our definitive report on the media coverage of the "Qana" incident on 30 July 2006. This incorporates all changes and corrections since first publication on 23 August, including the addition of two new appendices. Please see links below for access to the parts.

An edited version of this report is also available in .pdf format (75 pages). It can be downloaded

Conclusive proof that the photographs from Qana were cynically staged, as “Green Helmet” directs cameramen in a video from German TV (with English subtitles). They actually take the body of a child out of the ambulance, transfer it from the light stretcher used in the ambulance to the heavy duty gurney used in the rescue operation (to create the impression that it has just arrived from the bombed area), uncover it, and pose it for photographs. http://littlegreenfootballs.com/article/22029_Dire...

“The use of Lebanese civilians as human shields: the extensive military infrastructure positioned and hidden by Hezbollah in populated areas. From within the Lebanese towns and villages deliberate rocket attacks were directed against civilian targets in Israel .” http://www.terrorism-info.org.il/malam_multimedia/...

    Interesting.

Nabil has commented on this before.

And he gives a slightly different account this time.

Beforehand, he has claimed that he saw 27 children and that they all suffocated. Now, he says 12.

In both cases, he said it was a hospital. However, EVEN his own link does not mention a hospital and no other account mentions a hospital.

In addition, the death toll was 28 with 16 of them children.

Also, according to Nabil's info that used to be posted on his own page, he was born in 1987. Thus, while he was 19 in 2006 (old enough to be in Qana) he was only 11 in 1998. So, I'm not sure why he says he was "working in France" at the time.

    My point is the following:

I'm not specifically arguing that Nabil WASN'T there but I am saying he says things about it which are not true.

And this isn't the first time that he has said something about himself that is not true.

    See http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=201007...

    Short and Sweet:

The other problem I have is that he has said that they suffocated to death when a) He is not a medical expert so he couldn't possibly know that and b) that would be an unlikely cause of death.

The way I see it my friend is that some people would say/do anything to justify the murder of Innocent people. Like, IDF are fighting against guerrillas, but forget that guerrilla warfare has been used by almost all people in history including the Jews. And they believe that dropping chemical bombs on civilian population is a perfect way to deal with this type of opponents (they used chemical weapons in civilian areas in both Lebanon and Gaza).

My father always talks about that massacre...

Qana massacre shall be a witness for the brutality and cowardliness of the IDF which supervised and helped the killing of hundreds of Palestine civilians in Southern Lebanon

As if it wasn't enough to send them to refugee camps, they followed them there to kill them

Israeli military does not hate !!!!

Your understanding depends on your experience in/with war.

Katyushas were fired near the U.N. compound on two occasions: once between 12:30 and 1 p.m. from a site about 600 m southeast of the base, and another sometime between noon and 2 p.m. from a spot around 350 m southeast of the Fijians' headquarters. Then, just about 2 o'clock, the mortars were launched from a vacant lot some 220 m southwest of the compound's center.

    Israel shot back.

When news of what happened, came out ....no Israeli--politician, soldier or civilian--publicly doubted that Qana was an error.

In wars people die, sadly some are civilians.
