How can I "break in" a pair of leather gloves?

I bought new gloves and need them broken in. Any serious suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

thanks for quick answers. I know about wearing them alot, but temps here have been over 20C and for 8 hours a day I type. LOL not best times to wear them.

    There really is no quick fix to breaking them in. You need to just wear them.
