Does it really matter who is President?

Before you type "This is politics Section" I know and believe me this fits into that topic... In a different kind of way..

Would this make a good movie title? "Operation Quarantine" or "When Freedom falls"

Here is the movie's basis and bulk... Ending to be determined...

Movie Opens in the Pentagon with the Commander and Chief and his closest Cabinet Members and all his top generals present. The discussion is about what they now know is coming... Total collapse of the American Economy and Monetary systems...

The POTUS asks his Generals... What have we learned about shutting down and containing their populations within any city, while fighting in the war in the major cities in Iraq?

The generals look to each other knowing they took oaths to protect and serve just like the POTUS did... But... They also know what is coming and who will be held responsible...

A few questions to ponder... What caused this all to come about? Massive unemployment? What would be that number in "real" not Government numbers?50 to 60%...?

Could the continued raising of Gas prices be part a plan in this movie to drive people into cities before this all takes place? Hmmmm?

Lets say Huston Texas was to be the first to become a "Quarantined City..." How easy it would be to block off all the roads going into and out of a Major city? Bull doze deep ditches across the Minor Roads in and out. Block-aiding Major Highways... Cutting off the power is easy enough as we saw in Baghdad.

Could a heavily armed well equipped Military Force do this with say a thousand men in a 24 hour period?

How long would the food last in all the stores in a large city like Huston without trucks being allowed in? Would there be immediate riots, looting and murder/mayhem or would it take a few days for people to realize they were now trapped like rats?

Would anyone outside the cities care enough to fight against those who starved out the people of major cities? Or would they say good riddance?

Of course it is... j u s t.... A movie... Right?
