Facebook Tagging....HELP?

i have some family that isn't on facebook and i want to know if there is away i can tag them in posts and pictures without them having a facebook account. I've seen people do it,it's just a matter of how.

Also another question about tagging on facebook.

I don't have internet on my cell phone, but i still can update status, send pictures & video's through text, and have a conversation right off my phone. it's all through text's though. so is there away i can tag people that DO have a facebook account off my phone when i post a picture or a status....remember it's all through texts. if there isn't way that's fine but if there is & you know it will you please explain!
