Is there a video game for the vocaloid songs in Synchronicity?

I saw a demo of it on youtube and I'm not sure if it's real or fake and if it's real where can I get it? Also when is the third song to Synchronicity being released? I heard it was no longer canceled.

    No. That demo is fanmade. If I'm not mistaked that user is going to make a little game, but it's nothing oficial and does not show the true story behind the songs, specially because the last song wasn't released yet.
