REALLY BIG PROBLEM RIGHT HERE!!!!?

Now i can't download any files, anything, anti virus, what ever, whenever i try to download something, i'll press save file and then nothing appears!!!!! Should i maybe buy a new one? WHat should i do!!!!!!!!!!

By the way, it's mozila firefox im having a problem with. and my computer used to work fine before.

    Computer specs? such as vista/win 7, maybe give us some hardware specs as well... If your computer is new then your screwed, if it worked before just reformat it, move important stuff onto a flash drive or hard drive... Google how to reformat your OS
